Car wash is not up to your expectation. I paid for the BEST PACKAGE. Please bring your own towels and glass cleaner. They don’t clean off the front of your vehicle for bugs. They don’t give out anything to use (towels or glass ). They will sell you a towel for $2.99, just one. Car wash does not give your car a clean wash. Car wash does not clean the undercarriage that was paid for. Overall I would travel 4-5 miles north to TWINS CAR WASH. They provide everything from an excellent car wash, towels and glass cleaner and a car air freshener. If you’re looking for just the brand bring all your stuff, then you may like it.

Was there on Tuesday and realized right before entering the car wash, one of my roof weather strips was missing. I asked Jordan if it was by any chance found because I have to remove it before getting a car wash and if not, it will come off during the wash. I have a subscription and there at least once a week and figured I forgot to remove it from a previous wash. As I was currently in the car wash, he looked for the weather stripping and found it before I exited the wash. He installed it back onto my roof. I was so happy he found it. A few minutes later while detailing my car, I tried using the compressed air and mist came out instead. He saw this had happened and came over apologizing and explained to me that some times condensation happens from outside high temperatures. He grabbed a towel for me and said it was mine to keep. I was so impressed with Jordan’s professionalism and kindness. He seems like he genuinely enjoys his job and helping people. If I didn’t already have a subscription, his interaction would have made my decision to get one at that point.

The young woman at the gate where you first pull up is an awesome employee! She has a great attitude and was friendly. She was painting a piece of equipment and said she had been wanting to get that done. It’s hard to find employees that care about your business as much as you do. If she’s good in other areas like reliability, on-time, etc. she’s definitely management material. Please reward her in some way for taking the initiative to do that. Take the care of employees who do their best for you.

I love coming to this car wash! The whole process is always fast and super smooth from start to finish. The workers are so nice and welcoming, and they really make you feel appreciated as a customer. My car comes out looking amazing every time. Definitely my go-to spot!

Stopped in for a step above the basic car wash today and it was only $15. There was an employee at the Front guiding you through and how to pay and what options were available. Typical drive-through car wash. Did a really good job once it was finished. vacuums outside.
